Printable electronics group focuses on research and development of novel electronic integration, packaging, and manufacturing concepts. Group’s main focus is in direct deposition technologies (such as inkjet), laser technologies (sintering and ablation), and matching supplementary technologies in order to create electronic devices. Currently, the research is focused on electronic miniaturization and integration, printed passives, reliability testing, processes, and technology integration.
